Tenant Relation Services:

Our tenant’s requests will always be at the top of our priorities. We have great, friendly relationships with quality contractors to coordinate a smooth and easy repair. Overall, we maintain regular communications with all tenants and adhere to yearly inspections. All with no extra costs. 


Our extensive pre-screening process ensures the best possible match for your property. Every Tenant who is interested in your property must first pass a criminal background, credit, and prior eviction check.  Monthly income will be verified. We enforce rules and regulations, and we will promptly process evictions if/when necessary. All checks comply with the fair housing & fair credit reporting act.


We use aggressive marketing; we understand that the faster we get a tenant in your property the faster the stress is off your hands. The marketing websites we use are as listed: our website,,, Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads, Zumper, Redfin,,, and apartment guide. Being able to market your property through all of these various websites and real estate company websites promotes a fast and easy process.

Accounting Services:

Our landlord portal provides 24/7 access to all your financial statements in your portfolio.

Maximizing Profits:

Our management fees are very simple. In order to place a tenant in your property, we charge half of the first month’s rent. Once a tenant is placed, the ongoing management fee is 10% of the monthly rent for 1 door or 9% for 2 or more.
